To provide for the auditing of all district treasurers’ books annually, to at least the minimum standard required by national or state law if applicable, or other recognized professional standards, either by a District Auditing Committee, a committee of independent examiners, or by such other appropriately qualified persons duly elected by the District Advisory Board.
