The churches severally are to be composed of such regenerate persons as by providential permission, and by the leadings of the Holy Spirit, become associated together for holy fellowship and ministries.

Fellowship Membership. Where a district makes provision, a local church may have fellowship members who shall have all the privileges of church members, with the exception of voting and holding church office. (203.24)

Fellowship members may be received into full membership or dropped at any time, at the discretion of the pastor and Evangelism and Church Membership Committee.

THIRD. By abiding in hearty fellowship with the church, not inveighing against but wholly committed to its doctrines and usages and actively involved in its continuing witness and outreach (Ephesians 2:18–22; 4:13, 11–16; Philippians 2:1–8; 1 Peter 2:9–10).
